• Year-round comfort: Equipped with underfloor heating, this space provides a cosy retreat, whatever the weather.

• Premium materials: Wrapped in Millboard Envello cladding and complemented by Millboard Enhanced Grain decking along two sides, the building blends modern design with durability.

• Custom details: Our bespoke fascia detail adds a touch of elegance, while the single-ply membrane roofing system with standing seam detail ensures the building looks just as stunning from above as it does from ground level—perfect for its elevated position.
